ConcreteRemoval andPrepTool
Grind concretewith your standard duty floor buffer (200 rpm
max), without fear of damaging yourmachine. Because the
directionof rotationpulls thediamondsacross the surface, danger
from catching on a crack or expansion joint is eliminated.
Designedwith a replaceable latch “blade” concept to easily
change usedor worn down blades by simply replacing each
individual blade.

ConcretePrepPlus
TheConcretePrepPlus is
theanswer for coating
removal onporous, rough
concrete surfaceswhere
you can’t usean E-Z Scrape.
Theaggressivemetal
backeddiamonds attack
cured coatings on rough surfaces. Canevenbeusedon
standardbufferswithout fear of breaking thedrivepin.
Grinds faster and lasts longer than standard tool.
The25grit ConcretePrepPlus leaves a25grit profileon
concretewhich is sufficient for applicationofmost epoxyand
painted coatings.
Hearingprotection is requiredwhenusing this attachment.
For 17”Machine.

MasticTool
Removes stubborn
coatings such as tile
glue andmastic, thin
set, thinmil epoxies,
urethanes and paint.
You can use your
standard duty floor buffer (200 rpmmax), without fear of
damaging yourmachine. Because the directionof rotation
pulls the diamonds across the surface, danger from catching
on a crack or expansion joint is eliminated.

HardwoodTool
You can use your standard duty floor buffer (200 rpmmax),
without fear of damaging yourmachine. Because the direc-
tionof rotation pulls the diamonds across the surface, danger
from gapped boards or cut outs such as heater vents catching
the tool are eliminated. Diamonds are 50 grit and used pri-
marily to remove hard surface finishes. Subsequent sanding
should start at 60 grit or coarser.

PolymerToolPolishingSystem
A revolutionaryway to polishwith your floor buffer (200 rpm
max). Yes, now you can achieve a polished surfacewithout
the expense of the large polishingmachines. By startingwith
the Concrete Prep tool, work your way down through all of
the grits (wet or dry). You can get a concrete floor tohave a
beautiful luster. To enhance the luster, use of a concrete
densifier is recommended. With diamonds embedded in a
polymermatrix, the systemprovides the cuttingandpolishing
characteristics of diamondswithout high pressure, high speed
or high cost.
